Content Usage and Ownership

By uploading content, you grant Swizil a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute content

• Incorporate content into app features and services
  You represent and warrant that you own or have necessary rights to uploaded content.
  Swizil reserves the right to remove any content violating these Terms.

News Feed and Content Aggregation

News and magazine content is provided through third-party APIs and feeds.
Swizil does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of aggregated content.
Copyright and intellectual property rights for news content remain with original publishers.

Photo Library Access

When you grant photo library permissions, Swizil may:

• Access, display, and upload selected photos

• Create thumbnails and previews

• Cache photos temporarily for app functionality
  You can revoke photo access at any time through device settings.

Payments and Transactions

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.
Pricing and subscription terms are displayed within the app and subject to change.
Recurring subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before renewal.

Refund policies:

• Prorated refunds for unused subscription time

• No refunds for one-time purchases after 24 hours

• Full refunds within 24 hours of initial purchase

User Conduct

Prohibited Activities:

• Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory content

• Illegal or fraudulent activities

• Violating intellectual property rights

• Attempting to breach app security

• Automated interactions or scraping

Swizil may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

Privacy
